There are four components to the program I coach that focus on creating long term success. Each component is equally important to getting 100% of the benefits of the program.

Health Coach

I will be your direct coach. I walk alongside you to navigate obstacles and celebrate your wins. The first goal is to achieve a healthy weight. Once there, you will be learn the habits of weight management, as well as how to continue striving towards optimal health.

Community

We say you become like the five people you surround yourself with. I will plug you into a community of like-minded people all striving for optimal health.

Habits of Health Transformational System

This system consists of a mobile app, Dr. Wayne Scott Anderson’s Habits of Health resource guide, and a lifebook. The lifebook is a self-authoring journal that will help you understand how you got where you are and how to get to where you want to be long term.

Simple Nutrition Plan

In today’s busy world, eating healthy can be a challenge. Based on your goals, I create a simple nutrition plan for you making it easy to stay consistent.
